You are welcome to hire any vendors of your choosing; if any fall on our banned list and are not permitted, we will inform you. We do ask that all vendors review our vendor guidelines prior to your wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly.

How do I get vendor guidelines for someone I've already hired? Just reach out to us after booking, and we will ensure your vendors have everything they need. Our Day-of Director coordinates directly with your vendor team as part of her included services.

Are the vendors on this list affiliated with The Meadows? Our approved vendors are independent professionals. We do not receive commissions or referral fees for recommending them. They have earned their spot on this list by demonstrating a standard of quality and professionalism that we believe our couples deserve.

I'm a vendor and want to be listed. What should I do? Call us directly at 325-669-8177. We view our vendors as marketing partners and require they add a link from their website to ours, and in turn, we provide a reciprocal link back to them.

Are cake knives and toasting glasses provided? The Meadows offers cake knives and toasting glasses as a courtesy for every couple, so if it’s not on your list yet, don’t worry. If you prefer a specific style or a personalized set to suit your wedding aesthetic, feel free to bring your own. Either way, it’s one less thing to worry about.
