Celebrate Your Big Day at The Meadows Wedding Venue

Meadows Wedding Venue - The Ultimate Wedding Destination

The Food at Your Wedding Matters More Than You Think

Ask anyone what they remember most about a wedding they attended — and after the ceremony and the dancing, food almost always comes up. Not because guests are being critical. Because a genuinely good meal is one of the things that makes a wedding feel like a real celebration.

At The Meadows, we take that seriously.

That's why we didn't outsource catering to a third-party company or hand you a list of approved caterers to coordinate on your own. We brought it in-house — and we put it in the hands of someone who trained at one of the most respected culinary schools in the world.

Meet Chef Dustin Snook

Dustin Snook is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate and the Executive Chef behind every catered wedding at The Meadows.

Le Cordon Bleu isn't just a credential — it's a standard. It's the culinary school that has trained some of the world's most celebrated chefs, built on the principle that technique, precision, and quality of ingredients are never negotiable. Dustin carries that standard into every menu he prepares for our couples.

This isn't reheated food from a warehouse kitchen. It isn't a caterer who shows up having never seen your venue. It's a chef who is part of this family, part of this property, and personally invested in making sure your guests leave the table satisfied.

When your guests lean over to each other mid-reception and say “the food was actually amazing” — that's Dustin.

Texas Weddings Deserve Texas Food — Done Right

Texas couples know what they want at a wedding: bold flavors, generous portions, and food that feels like a celebration rather than an obligation. Tex-Mex consistently ranks as one of the most popular wedding menu choices in Texas — and for good reason. It's festive, customizable, crowd-pleasing, and unmistakably Lone Star.

Our Tex-Mex Buffet was built with exactly that in mind.

And for couples who want something a little different — something that leans toward comfort and sophistication — our Pasta Bar delivers a made-from-scratch experience that works beautifully for mixed crowds, including guests who don't eat meat.

Two menus. Both made from scratch. Both designed to feed your guests well.

Our Menus

🌮 The Tex-Mex Buffet

Texas flavor done the way it was meant to be — bold, generous, and completely satisfying.

  • Beef & Chicken Fajitas
  • Cheese Enchiladas
  • Chips & Salsa
  • Guacamole
  • Spanish Rice
  • Charro Beans

Beverages included: Sweet Tea · Iced Tea · Lemonade · Water

This is the menu that gets your guests up for seconds. It's warm, familiar, and exactly what people mean when they say a wedding had great food.

🍝 The Pasta Bar

Comfort food elevated — made from scratch with the technique of a Le Cordon Bleu kitchen.

  • Penne Pasta
  • Grilled Chicken
  • Three House-Made Sauces
  • Garlic Bread
  • Fresh Salad Bar

Beverages included: Sweet Tea · Iced Tea · Lemonade · Water

The Pasta Bar is a favorite for couples who want something a little unexpected — and for mixed-diet guest lists where vegetarian-friendly options matter. It's the kind of meal that feels both approachable and impressive.

All menus include sweet tea, iced tea, lemonade, and water. Setup, replenishment, and cleanup included.

Want something different? Dustin is available to discuss menu modifications or build a fully custom menu for your wedding. Contact him directly at 325-660-2602 or chefdustinsnook@gmail.com to start the conversation.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Catering

Can we choose between the Tex-Mex Buffet and the Pasta Bar? Yes. Every couple selects their preferred menu when booking. Both are prepared fresh by Chef Dustin on your wedding day.

What beverages are included? Sweet tea, iced tea, lemonade, and water are included with every catered package. Outside beverages may be brought in — ask us about our beverage policy when you tour.

What if we have more than 100 guests? Our base catering includes up to 100 guests. Additional guests are $14 per plate — simple, transparent, and built into your final guest count.

Is the food prepared on-site? Yes. Chef Dustin prepares your wedding meal fresh for your day. This isn't delivered or reheated — it's made with the care and technique of a culinary school-trained chef.

Is catering available without photography? Yes. Our Meadows with Catering package ($4,395) includes the venue, Day-of Director, and full catering by Chef Dustin — without photography. If you'd like to add photography, our All-Inclusive package ($5,395) bundles everything together.

Who handles setup and cleanup? Our team does. You walk in to celebrate — not to set up. Cleanup is handled by us after the reception ends.

Does catering include cake, desserts, or cake cutting? Catering at The Meadows covers your meal service — your selected menu, beverages, setup, replenishment, and cleanup. Desserts, wedding cake, and cake cutting are not part of the catering package and are arranged separately.

As a courtesy, The Meadows has cake knives and toasting glasses available for you to use on your wedding day. If you have your heart set on a specific style or a personalized set, you're welcome to bring your own — but if you haven't thought about it yet, we've got you covered.

One Chef. One Standard. Every Wedding.

At most venues, catering is someone else's problem. You're handed a list, you make calls, you coordinate contracts, and on your wedding day you hope whoever shows up does their job.

At The Meadows, catering is ours.

Chef Dustin is part of this family. He's been in this kitchen. He knows what it means for a couple to trust us with their wedding day — and he takes that personally.

The same family that builds your venue, directs your day, and photographs your moments is the same family feeding your guests.

Same family. Start to finish.
